SAINT ANNE'S SHRINE

This morning we didn't have any plans...so we grabbed our id, and took a drive down to Isle La Motte, VT to have a picnic on the beach at St Anne's Shrine. The sand was hot, but the lake was mainly frozen. The weather was nice. The ice was beautiful too, as it was all crystals. We stopped in Alburg from some hot chocolate before heading back home via New York state, and then we took some back roads from Fort Lennox to St Jean, before getting back on the highway.
