Flowers

" I will be the gladdest thing under the sun! I will touch a hundred flowers and not pick one."

After seeing the butterfly room, we decided to tour the rest of the greenhouse to see what we could find. Jarad seemed to enjoy this part much better, probably due to the fact that this area was not crowded at all, and was having a grand time pointing out pretty flowers for mommy to take a picture of.

Here are Daphne and Jarad in the arid desert with a prickly plant:

Jarad and Daphne with some orchids. The flowers smelled lovely and it was a delight to walk through the orchid room:

Will take our love together to some sky
Where we can be alone and faith renew
And find the hollows where those flowers grew"

After admiring the flowers, we headed back to the South Shore to have some lunch at McDonald's and then home again to post our pictures to the Blog!
