We took advantage of Kyle's camping trip with Steven to have a mini vacation. We went to a wine seminar that the restaurant's 5 star chef gave us a private wine pairing. We sampled three types of Cave Springs wine each with a different type of fish. Everything sampled tasted great and was nicely presented. We also went on a wine tour that showed us the wine cellar and the undergrouond tunnel to our Inn that was once a sugar refinery.
